Zulafdhal Noris Sali is a Kuala Lumpur–based Bar Manager and Certified Elite Bartender, celebrated for his excellence, innovation, and leadership in the world of mixology. With over 12 years of experience across luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, and international events, he has built a reputation for delivering outstanding beverage experiences that combine creativity with precision.

From managing large-scale events like the FIFA World Cup 2022 fan zones—serving up to 30,000 guests per day—to representing Malaysia in prestigious competitions such as the Asia World Bartenders Championship (Korea) and the Asia Pacific Cocktail Competition (Singapore), Zulafdhal has continually showcased his mastery and dedication to the craft.

As the Founder of the Association of Barista, Bartenders, Sommeliers & Flair Bartenders Malaysia (ABBFS) and Global Ambassador of the ABA, he is deeply committed to uniting, educating, and empowering the bartending community. His work reflects a perfect balance of artistry and discipline, seen through his signature creations like the Japanese-inspired Hanayasu and the tropical Lemon Juice cocktail.
