From starting behind the bar at just 17 in the vibrant pubs of Ireland to becoming a leading bar manager in Tel Aviv, my journey in mixology has been defined by creativity, innovation, and storytelling. With a natural flair for blending flavors and entertaining guests, I quickly rose through the industry, eventually consulting for Israel’s top venues and designing cocktail menus that fuse local ingredients with global techniques. As a brand ambassador for Mezcal IBA, Polugar, and Beluga Vodka, I’ve educated markets and elevated spirit appreciation. My global presence includes competing in and judging international cocktail competitions, guest shifts highlighting Israeli-inspired creations, and speaking at major bar shows to inspire the next generation. Now, through my ventures ‘No No’ and R2D Company, I’m championing a future-forward approach—crafting zero-sugar, zero-alcohol beverages and pioneering AI-driven draft cocktail solutions. My mission is to innovate and redefine the cocktail experience for modern, mindful consumers.
